The Housing Needs service is recruiting to the post of Housing Solutions Team Leader to oversee the local authority’s choice based lettings scheme and homeless service. The post holder will play a key role in ensuring legislative compliance under the Homelessness Reduction Act and supporting the operational day to day service that we deliver as part of Homefinder. You will also support the homeless team to prevent homelessness and contribute to the development and delivery of proactive homelessness projects.
You will have experience in managing a team in a homeless setting as well as relevant experience with choice based lettings and homeless legislation.
You will also be highly organised and motivated with a creative approach to service delivery.
