We are currently looking to recruit a Data Analytics Manager to lead on the development of our data and analytics function. We are currently delivering a Digital Transformation programme that will provide many opportunities to enable us to deliver our services more efficiently through intelligent use of our data assets. This is therefore a great opportunity to help shape the council's capability to utilise its data to help provide the best possible services to our citizens.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and across all functions of the council to provide valuable insights into Council services, ensure provision of reporting, develop real time dashboards and delivering the Council's data strategy.

Candidates applying for this role must have extensive and demonstrable experience in the ICT Data Analytics field, expertise in multiple market leading analytics tools, Data Warehousing and Master Data Management, knowledge of the relevant legislation and have had worked in an organisation of similar scale and complexity.
